What is the difference between an LED module, LED bar and LED PCB?
An LED module combines LED components on a board. An LED bar is a long linear board. LED PCB refers to the printed circuit board; check whether the product is populated with LEDs or is a bare board.
I need a round LED board. Which category should I use?
The Round LED category includes circular boards for downlights and spotlights. Do not interchange constant-current and constant-voltage supplies; compare diameter and electrical ratings on the product page.
How do I select an OSRAM LED or Samsung LED module?
Legacy OSRAM and Samsung product tags are retained. A tag alone does not guarantee the current chip model, production variant or availability. Confirm the required brand and chip code with the datasheet and LMW support.
Should I choose constant current or constant voltage?
Use a constant-current module with a driver providing the specified current and a voltage range covering the module. Select constant-voltage modules for their stated 12 V or 24 V supply. Follow the datasheet for final wiring.
